Tower

We were given criteria's before hand on the requirements of the tower. But once I arrived at class, the criteria's had changed. They were judged partially on height. Leadership requires constant adaptation to the situation and I think that was what Professor Fineberg wanted to see. Surprise happen all the time in the work place and he wanted to see how the groups will handle the situation. Our group did not adapt to the new rules and place in last when our piece was judged. It was a great concept in my opinon but no to the judge as he/she can be seen as the public in real life. The product failed to catch the consumers attention due to the fact that they did not meet their criteria's. You learn from your mistakes and it apply it for the next time you do your job.
